A package that removes the restriction when using scalable versions of the cm fonts ( Bakoma, or versions from BSR/Y&Y, or True Type versions from Kinch, PCTeX, etc.) where LaTeX restricts the cm fonts to discrete sizes. This package was implemented by David Carlisle.
