This is a ever growing list of icons needed by KDE developers.....I don't know
how to do this best yet...please list the purpose of the icon and in which
program it will be used. Don't forget to add an "official name" if you have
included it in code and expect it to be used automatically from kdelibs...

Why this file when there is already http://bugs.kde.org/buglist.cgi?product=artwork ?

See: kdesdk/scripts/findmissingcrystal and bug #51048.
------------------------------------------------------
Important!

Yes, I agree that this is the wrong place for this...taking care of the artwork list has scared me until now. We should definitly merge this list into teh bug list and remove the file.

Icon name: koshell
Purpose: application icon for koffice's koshell ("KOffice Workspace")
Program: koffice/koshell
Requester: David Faure <faure@kde.org>
Details: This program never had any icon. Good luck creating one! Thanks.

Icon name: kate
Purpose: application icon for kate
Program: kate
Requester: Christoph Cullmann <cullmann@kde.org>
Details: KWrite and Kate icon are the same since ever, not that ideal if you have them
in the panel for example, if you think that should stay as is, just drop this
         request ;)

Icon name: demo
Purpose: demo mode for games
Program: kpat
Requester: Stephan Kulow <coolo@kde.org>
Details: currently it's using the right arrow, which surely looks misplaced as the arrow
  got more details

Icon name: kwallet
Purpose: app wallet icon
Program: kwalletmanager
Requester: George Staikos <staikos@kde.org>
Details: I drew the ones there now. :) Several are needed, including wallet
folder icons. Run kwalletmanager to see. "Open" wallet icons are needed too.

Icon name: krec
Purpose: application icon for KRec (in kdemultimedia)
Program: krec
Requester: Arnold Krille <kde@arnoldarts.de> or <arnold@arnoldarts.de>
Details: The first Icon I painted was just a red ball with a K. Not very
impressive or artistic. The current on is (should be) a Microphone and
some sonic-waves coming in. Basicly similar to kmix where the
sonic-waves come out of the speaker. But unfortunatly its not in the
real crystal style as I created it with povray...

Icon name: noatunplaylist
Purpose: Playlist icon for Noatun (in kdemultimedia)
Program: noatun
Requester: Stefan Gehn <sgehn@gmx.net>
Details: Replacement needed for Noatun main context-menu and toolbar, currently using
an eject icon and got a bugreport for that (#66652)
Urgency: High, The current icon is confusing and reminds users of actually opening files

Icon name: noatunequalizer
Purpose: Equalizer icon for Noatun (in kdemultimedia)
Program: noatun
Requester: Stefan Gehn <sgehn@gmx.net>
Details: Noatun has a nice qqualizer but the context-menu is missing a nice icon so far.
Maybe something like a slider + a speaker with a kind of overlay.
Urgency: Low

Icon name: mime-presentation, mime-chart, mime-database, mime-formula
Purpose: Generic icons for koffice and openoffice mimetypes
Program: kdelibs
Requester: Allan Sandfeld Jensen <kde@carewolf.com>
Details: So far we have office icons for wordprocessing, spreadsheed, vectorgfx and kugardata (the last one is needed in more sizes than 22x22).
We lack appropiate icons for: kexi, kpresenter, kformula, kchart, ooimpress,
         starimpress and oodraw files.
So in matter of importance I wish icons for presentations, charts, databases and formulas.
